We are now looking for an engaged sales associate on a 15% contract for our store in Barkarby – a role where your personality and drive make a difference.

About the role
As a sales associate with us, your primary task is to create satisfied customers and contribute to the store's sales targets. You are someone who is passionate about customer interactions and understands the importance of listening to and understanding customer needs.

You are both a relationship builder and a results-oriented salesperson – charming enough to win a customer's trust in a few minutes, empathetic enough to understand their wishes, and determined enough to want to beat yesterday's sales figures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active sales and advisory work in-store

• Ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring store environment

• Handling cash register operations and payments

• Receiving, unpacking, and price-tagging goods

• Assembling and displaying products for optimal sales results

• Participating in stocktakes and following inventory and operational routines

We are looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and engagingly – with both customers and colleagues

• Is empathetic and understands customer needs on a deep level

• Has natural charm and builds trust quickly

• Takes responsibility and is meticulous in everything from customer service to cash handling

• Is disciplined and follows tasks and routines in a structured manner

Experience in sales is an asset, preferably from retail, but not a requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older and have completed upper secondary education.

About the position

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract (Särskild visstid)

• Start date: As soon as possible, no later than August

• Working hours: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends

• Salary: Hourly wage 104.36 - 175.64 SEK/hour according to the Retail Collective Agreement (Handels/Svensk Handel), depending on age and experience. Overtime compensation applies according to the agreement.
